Toshiba is looking to lead the trend towards 3D media and is getting rid of the need to use 3D glasses with it’s latest 3D laptop. Let’s face it – we all hate wearing glasses to watch 3D content; we just put up with the plastic ones at the movies. 
Toshiba introduces the Qosmio F755 3D, the worlds very first glasses-free 3D laptop. The Qosmio F755 3D is hands-down amazing.
The biggest question I’m sure you all have is, how does this work? Basically with the use of advanced display technology, the 15.6″ full HD TruBrite LCD panel projects two separate images between the left and right eyes creating a 3D effect.

3D on TV
Direct TV and other TV companies already have broadcasting’s available in 3D, so it’s no wonder that this amazing technology is starting to make its way around to personal computers. Now we just have to wait for the web to become saturated with 3D content.
3D Media
3D media (3D movies, 3D games, etc.) is very limited; so many laptop companies may be waiting for this technology to become more recognized before they get involved. You may want to wait for 3D technology to become more evolved, or at least wait for a decent market of 3D media before you look into buying a 3D laptop; however, watching a 3D movie on a laptop is just about as modern or as tech-savvy as it gets, and sooner or later I think the web will be filled with 3D content.

The technology inside of a 3D laptop will be powered by a fast processor like Intel’s core i seris (i3, i5 and i7) and a 3D capable graphics card like NVIDIA® 3D Vision™ technology (however, it varies by model). This is great if you are looking to purchase a 3D laptop because not only are you buying performance and a powerful machine, you are also getting the quality graphics necessary for 3D technology. 3D laptops are designed to be high-powered gaming PC’s, which means they pack a lot of power under the hood, while also having the highest quality graphics available.
